1. Returns & Eligibility

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 07 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Custom-made, clearance, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 07 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, depending on the situation. Be sure to include photos and a description when reporting the issue to help us serve you faster.

3. How to Request a Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end.
