Because many of our items are personalized or made-to-order, we do not accept returns on custom merchandise unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or has a production error, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution. Items must not be used or altered before contacting us.
